EDITOR’S CHOICE 2020

There were quite a few incredible products this year. And next year, if the early reviews are any indication, it will be exceptionally difficult to select 2021’s Best Products, let alone the Best Product of the Year, and Editor’s Choice! But oh the fun it will be to get there.

This years Editor’s Choice 2020 Award selection is the oBravo EAMT-2C ($2999) which as I wrote in its review:

“Upon first listen (straight out of the box!), the resident cynic in me had to ‘figuratively’ lift his lower jaw from the floor. How can this be, I asked? Here was an IEM that had audacity to act as if it were an “Over-the-Ear,” planar-magnetic headphone of truly exceptional capability, right out of the box!”

Things just kept getting better from there. It was selected as one of the best products for 2020. But as I listened to the oBravo EAMT-2C it became more clear with each new IEM review, that the EAMT-2C was, indeed, special. To date, the oBravo EAMT-2C has remained my go to In-Ear-Monitor (IEM) and the one to beat all others, regardless of price, but then there are few that are as expensive. And then I received its big brother, the oBravo RA-C-CU. I’ll save that discussion for the oBravo RA-C-CU’s review which is coming soon.
